The texts, images and videos on this site are created by Marco Manuzzi and are the property of the aforementioned.
All the people portrayed in the photographs on this site have freely authorized the author of the same to be published on this site and / or on other internet pages (facebook, instagram ...), by signing a release for the publication of the images, or having given explicit consent to the author.
According to legal obligations, we inform you that the personal data provided with the signature of the release when the images are published and to correspond with the author (Marco Manuzzi - photo@manuzzi.work) will be treated pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003.
The data controller is Marco Manuzzi - C.F. MNZMRC93B16C573P and this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency.
The personal data concerning the people shot and those who use the correspondence system with the author will not be disclosed to third parties.

In relation to the data provided, by signing the disclaimer at the publication of the images, or through the electronic correspondence system, each person providing the information may exercise the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 193/2003: confirmation of the existence of data, origin, purpose, updating, cancellation, right of opposition. Image use authorization is given by the subjects portrayed, pursuant to 10 and 320 cod. civ., of the art. 96 and 97 of law no. 633/1941 on copyright and art. 13 and 23 of Legislative Decree. 196/2003 on the protection of personal data, and law 101 / 19.09.2018 on copyright.
Pursuant to art. 97 law n ° 633/41 and art. 10 cod. civ. the use of images is also prohibited in all cases that affect the honor, reputation and dignity of the person of the subjects portrayed.
Pursuant to art. 98 law n ° 633/41 and in accordance with the sentence of the court of cassation n ° 409 del
/ 28/06/1980, the original images (source digital files and / or film negatives) are intended as properties
of the photographer, Mr. Marco Manuzzi.
